Mediation rates:

Half day mediation (morning or afternoon) -- $850 per party

Full day mediation -- $1,700 per party

These are flat fee charges. There is no additional charge for pre-mediation work or if the mediation goes longer than planned or for any time spent after the mediation assisting on getting the case settled.
